Google Analytics Summit

Posted on September 14, 2011 by Paul Carysforth

Matt Thompson and I are currently at the Google Analytics Partner Summit 2011 at the Computer Science Museum in Mountain View California. Its running for two days, today and tomorrow, and there are over 250 attendees from all over the world. The only attendees are Google Analytics Certified Partners (GACP’s) and it’s the only event of its kind for analytics.

The purpose of summit is to provide the GACP’s with a product vision and roadmap for the future. There are also discussions around where analytics is going and how Google Analytics is being developed to assist data analysis and improve website performance. It also provides a view on integration with other Google products and some of the latest publicly released features of Google Analytics.
